Boiler Room: 8629 ranked sets. Including: Solomun | Boiler Room: Tulum; Carl Cox Boiler Room Ibiza Villa Takeover…; Fred again.. | Boiler Room: London.
Boiler Room has been filming DJs in small rooms with the crowd in shot since 2010, which is why its catalogue is the closest thing dance music has to a continuous video record of itself. It is also the reason a plain view count says so little here: a set is watched because the room went off, and just as often because the name on it was already famous.
The figure beside each set is its views measured against Boiler Room's own median, so it reads as how far that set outran what this channel normally reaches. It does not separate the room from the booking, and nothing here claims it does: every set is divided by the same median, which leaves this page in the order raw views already give. What the measure adds is a figure that means the same thing on every channel in the archive.
